Airbitz - Bitcoin Wallet App revisa

You will lose all your money.

This app is broken and from what I can tell no longer serviced. I am trying to check an old account and both sign in and account recovery don’t work. Plenty of functioning wallets out there, don’t even try this one

I don’t recommend this app at all I been trying to send bitcoin to my friends for days now & all I’ve been getting is a loading screen . I hate it

Ive had the app for 8 months. It had minor glitches, but none that affected my coin. Around 2 months ago, whenever i scanned a qr code it would tell me "no funds found" then magically the money would appear. Now, my funds are extremely delayed, receiving bitcoin days later. The whole is now malfunctioning. Im over it so ill be downloading another wallet. Bye Airbitz

I hope the title caught the attention of some big employee at Airbitz because I’m getting really ticked off. For a month now my wallet has been showing me 0 btc. I tried resetting the wallet cache like your support told me and I also installed edge LIKE SUPPORT TOLD ME and I still can’t get access to my funds. I can’t seem to understand what’s going on but I don’t like it when people steal my money. I would like immediate HUMAN help. If anyone is reading this...do not download the app. It has a lot of bugs and I promise you, you don’t want to run into this one. Support is bad and doesn’t even pick up the phone, no hold...straight to message.

Used this app with bitcoin I had already purchased. Secure, fast and has account recovery. Love it.

After using Airbitz for almost a year, they started holding what they call dust bits. With a balance of over 6k USD ONLY $900 is available for transfer! They claim it’s due to block chain fees which right now are under $1 per $1000

If you want your bitcoin within a couple days don't get it. When you buy it takes almost 2 days to get your bitcoin. But the app is good for other things

Holds coin, send and receives without delay like other apps would, but do expect normal delivery delay. Great app I love it.

You cannot set your transaction fee yourself so you are stuck paying what ever they deem fit. Moving on.

Not only is the interface ugly and quite confusing, this while it does not take enough of the measures to ensure that the user backs up and secure is there bitcoin using the provided mechanisms in the bitcoin protocol. Also, why the heck do I need to give you a username and password… There is no need for this if you properly explained the user how to back up their own wallet. So much for privacy. Also, for any users looking for SegWit functionality, don’t bother. The reports of this app having it are false.

If you don’t hold your bank account with crooks like Wells Fargo or other large banks (less than 10 to chose from?), then this app will be useless for buying Bitcoin. Catch up with the times and connect banks by routing & acct numbers, very simple! Disappointed

No sense in partnering with a bank (Glidera) when a new user isn't even able to link their bank account. Error message: "Sorry, the request was not formed correctly. The URL may be invalid." Why would you offer their services to customers if their services can't even be used?! This alone has made me decide to switch to another wallet and I haven't even gotten started yet. BUYER BEWARE: US customers will NOT be able to use Airbitz - go to another wallet. And before you ask - no Airbitz, I will not shoot you or Gildera an email. You both are obviously already aware of the problem and email is not the solution to it. Fix it for future customers.

Been using for about a year now and could not be more satisfied. Never any problems. Top notch in my book.

Entering my password locks up the app. Talked with the developers and they said an update was planned for release this month to fix it. Until it's fixed I would not recommend. Update: Support was very responsive and they fixed the password glitch. I've had no problems since so changing rating from 1 star to 5.

Read info at their site. Super safe wallet on your phone not on an exchange or internet.

Been over a week and I still haven't been able to setup my bank account. Don't bother with this useless wallet.

Very slow transactions to compare with other wallet. Worst bitcoin wallet. Everything else is better than this. Terrible

Asked for all of my information, then suddenly "temporarily couldn't process" after bank account entered.

I use this app for all my bitcoin transactions. I suggest it to anybody who wants the get started with bitcoin.

This has been the most secure wallet for phones I’ve seen, while I can not vouch for the third party that allows you to buy bitcoin, airbitz has always had the best customer support. It feels extremely personalized each and every time I have contacted them with a concern or issue. Airbitz is clearly setting the standard for what you must have in a wallet for phones.

App loaded. Check. Set up act. Check. Bought bitcoin - said it will show in 5 biz days. 7 biz days later, nothing. I reach out to support - I get an email saying processing has been delayed due to volume. Next email suggests it will be another 5 days. 3 days later- I get another email suggesting their processor needs me to fill out s form, take a picture of the form, then take a picture of myself holding the form (selfie style). No thanks. What a joke.

This wallet is perfect for both beginners and Bitcoin pros.

Definitely love the app. They keep your data encrypted so it's a bit more secure than other mobile wallets. Additionally, their customer support is excellent (most mobile wallets have ZERO customer support), and there are murmurs that they will be adding support for altcoins in the near future. Highly recommend!

This is a great wallet app for Bitcoin! You can store and purchase coin with high confidence in security (Touch ID and PIN). The customer service is phenomenal, even on a holiday, they responded in an hour to a question I emailed them about. Highly recommend

I've been using this wallet for over a year with no issues. I like the look and it functions as expected.

The most secure, easy to use, and the lowest wait time with Customer Support and they actually have someone in the US speaking and walking you through the entire issue. RJ saved me so many times. All my friends and Family have AIRBITZ and it makes it so much easlier to send and recieve bitcoins.

Was not able to get my id verified at all. I emailed them and they never replied. I kept emailing them and finally after weeks they told me to email a different email. Love it! Easy to use and secure!

The app downloaded fine, and I was able to create my login with no issues. The problem started when I attempted to buy some bitcoin. Had to create another account with a third-party. Then before you can actually purchase any bitcoin you have to go through a multi step verification process. That would be fine, except I couldn't get past the first step (Email verification). They're supposed to send you an email message with a link that you click on to verify your email address. I never received an email. Requested a re-send several times. It's been two days now and still no email message. Don't waste your time.

Excellent app, very reliable and fast.

There are no places near where I live to use BitCoin but the app seems like it may work well once it's more adopted. Figured I'd try buying a discounted Starbucks gift card through the third party "Fold" and the $10 transaction went through, but gift card never showed above $0 balance. Wrote the support website and no reply weeks later. Maybe Fold "folded"... maybe the developers have moved on. Beware.

I love this wallet it's on your phone you can take it anywhere ready to use works perfect with bitcoin atm

when i found out airbitz supports BU i uninstalled, and advised friends to do the same, supporting the destruction of btc is big red flag

Nowhere did it say before I made a transaction that it's going to take 4 days. Idk if this is the norm, but this is stupid.

Easy to use. Super functional app. Best I've tried for bitcoin. No complaints.

Took them 15 hours for a confirmation. Customer service very slow. Can't wait to recover my money and close this wallet. Stay away !
